Refund policy

30 days to change your mind

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to send back a pair that doesn't suit you — beyond the 14-day legal right of withdrawal (articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

Conditions

  • The pair must be returned in its original condition: not worn outdoors, unscratched, with its case and microfibre cloth.
  • The return must be announced before sending (see the procedure below); parcels sent back without prior agreement cannot be processed.

Procedure

  1. Write to us from the contact page or at sayeyewear@gmail.com with your order number and the model concerned.
  2. We reply within 24 business hours with the return instructions.
  3. Pack the pair carefully in its case, inside a box, and send it to the address provided.

Return costs

Returns are free from mainland France: the details for sending it back free of charge are given with the return instructions.

Refund

As soon as we have received and checked the parcel, we refund you within 14 days at most, using the payment method used for the order. The refund covers the full amount paid.

Exchange

Would you prefer another model? Say so in your message: we arrange the exchange as soon as we receive the returned pair, subject to availability.

Faulty product or damaged parcel

If your pair has a defect or the parcel arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos: the return and replacement are at our expense, under the legal guarantee of conformity (two years).
