Shipping policy

Preparation

Every pair is checked and then shipped within 24 business hours after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). An email with the tracking number is sent to you when the parcel leaves.

Delivery times and rates

• Mainland France: free delivery, 2 to 4 business days after shipping.

We only deliver to mainland France for the time being.

Delivery times are indicative and start from shipping.

Tracking

The tracking link is in the shipping email. If the parcel hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, write to us from the contact page: we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged or lost parcel

When you receive it, check the condition of the parcel. If it's damaged, make a note of it with the delivery driver and contact us within 48 hours with photos: we'll send you another pair or refund you. A parcel declared lost by the carrier is reshipped or refunded in full.

Delivery area

Parcels leave from France and are delivered to mainland France only: no customs duties or additional charges are requested on delivery.
